The database of The Ecumenical Accompaniment Programme in Palestine and Israel (the “Database”) is published by the World Council of Churches Association, route de Ferney 150, 1218 Le Grand-Saconnex, Switzerland (the “WCC”, or “we”). Please read carefully the following conditions for use before using our Database.
We may revise these conditions for use from time to time (such conditions for use, as they may be revised from time to time, are hereafter referred to as the “Conditions”), with the revised Conditions taking effect for all users as of the date stated on the posting. Unless otherwise indicated, the information contained on our Database is intended for general information purposes only.

The WCC acknowledges the importance of protecting the privacy and personal information of the individuals who claim to, or are reported to, be victims of violations of human rights, as well as the privacy and personal information of the reporters of such information.

The WCC implements technical and organizational security measures to safeguard stored personal data against inadvertent or deliberate manipulation, loss or destruction and against access by unauthorized persons. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological progress.

Although we have made reasonable efforts to ensure that the information contained in our Database is accurate, we do not guarantee the accuracy, correctness, precision, thoroughness or completeness of said information.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
The Conditions as well as the use of our Database shall be exclusively governed by Swiss law without regard to its conflicts of laws rules.
